Summer 08

So this summer wasnt as long as last years but i think it was just as great..
The last few days of school still seem to be some of the most memorable and most fun looking back though...it was when the tvcc was first created: perla, larry, ally, janae, jj and leah - love you guys! :] [even tho yeah jj kinda got initiated into the group much later in the summer thats okay haha].
i miss those days but they'll become just more fond memories that may inspire a scene or two one day in a future book..
Then there was the constant camps i went to this summer.. Camp pearl i had the pleasure of attending twice. Met some cool people and actually kept in touch with some of them for a change.
Even with all i got to do this summer though i cant help but feel like i didnt accomplish all that i wanted to... for example.. im now cramming in my summer reading assignments bc i thought i had a lot less than i do.. sooo i procrastinated like i didnt want to do. lol. and i didnt stay in as great of shape as i would have liked. and i didnt start pitching lessons as soon as i would have liked
but im not usually one to dwell on the negative...overall this summer was great.
for example my sweet 16 could not have been more perfect. [quick thanks to everyone who was involved to make it that way..!]
but now begins a new year.. my junior year of high school. probably one of my hardest years and one that will probably fly by the quickest..ill have to remind myself to breathe and just enjoy it sometimes probably but i know that before i know it, time will have passed me by.
